Edventure Camp – Terms & Conditions

1. General Information
By booking a place at Edventure Camp (operated by Future Champs Edventure Ltd), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience for all children and families.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made via the ClassForKids online platform.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
A booking confirmation will be sent via email once payment has been successfully processed.
3. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations made by the customer:
More than 7 days before the camp start date: Full refund or credit.
Less than 7 days: No refund unless under exceptional circumstances (at the discretion of the management).
Cancellations made by Edventure Camp:
In the rare event that we need to cancel a session or the entire camp, a full refund or credit will be offered.
4. Camp Hours & Late Pick-Up
Camp hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Late pick-up beyond 10 minutes may incur an additional charge of £1 per minute to cover staffing costs i.e. an additional 15 minutes late will cost £15.
Repeated late collection may result in exclusion from future bookings.
5. Safety & Behaviour
The safety and wellbeing of all children is our top priority.
Children are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions at all times.
Inappropriate behaviour, bullying, or actions that risk the safety of others may result in immediate exclusion without refund.
6. Medical Information & Emergencies
Parents/carers must provide accurate and up-to-date medical and allergy information during the booking process.
In the event of a medical emergency, every effort will be made to contact the parent/carer. In serious cases, emergency services may be contacted.
7. Illness & Infectious Diseases
Children showing signs of illness, including fever, vomiting, or contagious conditions, must not attend camp.
If a child becomes ill during camp hours, the parent/carer will be contacted and asked to collect the child as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse attendance if we believe a child poses a risk to others’ health.
8. Personal Belongings
Children should not bring valuable or electronic items to camp.
Future Champs Edventure Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items brought to camp.
9. Photos & Media
We occasionally take photos/videos of activities for promotional use (e.g., social media, website).
You will have the option to consent or decline during the booking process.
10. Data Protection
All personal information provided during booking will be handled in line with GDPR and used solely for the purposes of camp administration and communication.
